Our Story
This is a story of family, love, and choosing the right path—even when it’s hard.
From a young age, I believed in real strength. As a bodybuilder, powerlifter, and wrestler, I made a promise to myself: no steroids, no chemicals, no shortcuts. Health always came first. That belief shaped not only my life, but the way I cook.
After losing my parents at a very young age, life forced me to grow up fast. I traveled, learned, and searched for purpose, eventually coming to the United States with nothing but hope and a dream. Along the way, I studied international and chemical-free cuisine in Austria (Vienna), Iran, and later in Chicago at Kendall College—not for titles, but to understand food in its most honest, natural form.
Food was never just a business for me.
Food was care. Food was healing. Food was love.
Life tested me again through divorce, health challenges, and losing everything overnight. At my lowest point, the strength came from my two young daughters. They looked at me and said,
“You’re a chef. Why don’t you cook?”
So I did.
I began cooking anywhere I could—starting from the streets, cooking real food with clean ingredients. No chemicals. No fillers. No injections. No liquid shortcuts. Just honest, organic cooking done with respect for the body. Social media noticed. The community showed love. People tasted the difference.
One meal became many. I spent years cooking as a private chef for families who trusted my values and believed in clean, healthy food.
With the support of our community, that journey became this restaurant—a small, family-owned place built on integrity, health, and heart.
